This statement explains which personal data we collect through justbfreefamily.com, why we do so and what your rights are. We keep it as short and concrete as possible.
Who is responsible
Just B Free Family is a trade name of JUSTBFREEFAMILY CONSULTANCY - FZCO, based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). Questions about your data? Email info@justbfreefamily.com.
What we collect
For the INFINITY waiting list: your email address, your exchange UID and the platform you picked. For guide updates: your email address only. In addition, our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, needed to deliver and secure the site.
What we use it for
We use your email address, UID and platform to check whether your exchange sign-up went through our link, to arrange the extras you requested and to email you about them. If you only sign up for guide updates, we use your email address solely to send you those updates. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
For the waiting list and the guide download: performing what you requested yourself, plus your consent for the emails. For technical logs and security: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and safe. You can withdraw consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
How long we keep it
We keep waiting-list data for as long as you are on the list and at most two years after your last interaction. If you unsubscribe we remove your data from our mailing list; we then only record that you unsubscribed, so you are not added again. Hosting logs are kept no longer than needed for security and troubleshooting.
Who we share it with
We work with MailerLite (email platform) to send and manage our emails, and with Vercel for hosting this website. They process data on our instructions. We share your UID only with the relevant exchange when that is needed to verify your sign-up. Beyond that we pass nothing on, unless legally required.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking profiles. We do use technically necessary browser storage, for example to remember that you dismissed a notice or which language you chose.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. You can also withdraw consent and ask us to transfer your data. Send your request to info@justbfreefamily.com and we will respond as soon as possible. If you live in the EU and we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with your national data protection authority.

This site links to exchanges and other services, partly through affiliate links. Once you click through, their own privacy terms apply. Read those before creating an account there.
Changes
If something material changes in how we handle data, we update this statement and the date at the top.
